What is fasting and why do we do it?
Fasting is a spiritual discipline where we give up food for a specific time and purpose. When the Holy Spirit calls you to fast, He is preparing you for what’s ahead. It gives us an open and receptive mind for what God wants to do in and through us so that we’re in position to advance in the kingdom of God.
Fasting brings us closer to God, to hear His instruction, and get clarity in what He wants us to do. It prepares us for a new anointing that removes burdens and destroys the yolks.
